Select the class that you want to enroll in according to the start date. You will then need to fill out the enrollment form completely and submit your payment via PayPal. Enrollments that are not accompanied with a payment will not be registered in class. If you have any difficulty, please email us.

Fees are non-refundable after the first class.

IMPORTANT: For your dog's protection, proof of current vaccinations, including Bordetella, is MANDATORY! Include a copy of your dog's shot record with this application or bring a copy to the first week of class. SCOTC may withdraw privileges from any person whose dog is deemed vicious or extremely unruly by the instructor.
